What is EOR Truth?
EOR Truth is a publication and set of free buyer tools about currency costs in employer-of-record procurement. Its website is operated by Heddle Research. It helps HR, finance and procurement teams understand FX markups, compare the scope of quotes and ask providers for clearer evidence.
The publication contains buyer guides, an FX calculator, editable quote comparisons, fictional cost scenarios and an FX transparency RFP builder. EOR Truth is a research publication, rather than an employer-of-record service.
How to describe the calculations
The tools apply stated formulas to user inputs. Example quotes and scenarios are fictional; they are not supplier quotes, verified market prices or forecasts. The currency selector labels amounts and does not retrieve live exchange rates. A missing supplier price or markup is unknown, not zero.
Zero provider FX markup does not establish zero currency costs or the lowest total employment cost. Any summary should keep the calculation base, period, currency, assumptions and exclusions beside its result. See the calculation methodology and quote comparison guide.
Evidence and commercial context
Linked supplier statements show what that supplier says. They are distinct from independent verification and from our own arithmetic or analysis. EOR Truth does not currently rank suppliers or publish a verified database of supplier prices.
